In the Reception

Here is one student working in the reception. They learn how to welcome the clients, book them in the block, answer in the phone, sell products, how to charge the customers and how to be very friendly....

      Yes, there is a teacher when the students are working in the reception.

    When the students are welcoming clients, booking them in and so on are they real clients, or is it role play with other students?

    It´s both. Sometimes there are real clients and some times there is a lesson in learning and then they play different roles.

    Yes, there is a LOT of customers coming to do their hair in the school-salon. Most students think it´s fun with customers pass.
